About Aloha Maui

Aloha Maui is an informational travel guide and optional concierge for Maui, Hawaiʻi, provided by the developer identified on its App Store listing. Updated October 25, 2026. Apple’s applicable app license and purchase terms also apply.

Guides and purchases

The app is free to download with optional in-app purchases. Each one-time guide purchase unlocks the content listed on its purchase sheet; bundles list their included guides. Your App Store storefront shows the actual price before you confirm. Admission, reservations, transport, tours operated by others and other destination apps are separate. Aloha Maui purchases do not unlock Aloha Oʻahu.

Aloha AI

Guide purchases include Aloha AI for their listed guide topics; Complete Island Access includes the Maui trip, subject to fair use. Aloha AI is a travel concierge for your Maui trip; requests outside that scope may be declined and the chat may end. Guests have a limited free sample. Any additional AI offer, if available, shows its allowance, duration, price and renewal conditions before purchase. Recorded guide playback is separate from a new live AI conversation.

Fair use and service availability

To protect the service, guide-owner AI has a daily fair-use ceiling of US$15 of provider cost and three hours of live voice per owner per UTC day, and safeguards against abuse and off-topic use. Reaching that ceiling pauses live service until the next day; it does not remove your purchased guide. Connectivity, provider availability and service conditions can affect live features. Downloaded supported guide audio can be reused offline; current weather and new AI requests require internet.

Restoring, billing and refunds

Use Restore previous purchase in the app’s settings or purchase sheet to recover eligible Apple-managed non-consumable purchases. Restoration depends on the Apple account used to buy. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription if you have one; manage subscriptions in your Apple account. Refund requests follow Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact support for access problems before buying the same guide again.

Travel safely and respectfully

Guides, maps, forecasts and AI answers can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not emergency services, professional medical advice, a guarantee of safe conditions or permission to enter land. Confirm access, closures, reservations, hours and ocean/trail conditions with the responsible authority. Follow posted signs and lifeguards, respect private property, cultural places and wildlife, and pull over safely before using controls. Call local emergency services in an emergency.

Your content and privacy

Only submit content you are entitled to use. Cloud AI requires the app’s separate processing consent; Apple permissions remain separate. The privacy policy explains data and provider use. Do not use the app to abuse others, evade service limits or interfere with its operation.
